Refund policy

We completely understand that sometimes a product may not feel exactly the way you imagined it. While we truly care about your experience, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference or any other reasons. We have strict NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE policy in such instances.


In Case Of Damaged or Incorrect Products :

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we provide an exchange under the following conditions:

  • While opening the package, please record a complete unpacking video of the parcel. Capture the package from all angles, showing the sealed cover and the printed shipping label clearly on camera. Unpack the product in the same video and check it thoroughly. If you notice any damage or defect, record it clearly. The video should be continuous and should not be edited.
  • Submit the video to us within 2 days after you've recieved your item for verification on our email contact@saivya.in to initiate exchange. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will replace the product.
  • The product must be returned by the customer to the address provided by the brand. (we do not have reverse pickup services yet)
  • A courier charge of ₹100 will be reimbursed to the customer after we receive the returned product. Also, to be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same good condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and should be qualified as per our Exchange policy terms and conditions.
  • Please note that Cash refunds are not available , only an exchange will be provided. Only If the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be processed
  • Any saree sent back to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during return of merchandise.
  • Every product is carefully checked and packed with love before it’s shipped. Though it’s extremely rare, sometimes items may get damaged in transit — in such cases, we’re here to help and make it right.

No cancellation or Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed immediately for timely delivery.
