Return & Exchange Policy

 *No Return / No Exchange for reasons of personal preference.
* No Order Cancellation once the order is placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

* Exchange is allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
* A continuous unboxing video is mandatory (show sealed package & label clearly).
* Video must be shared within 2 days of receiving the product via WhatsApp/email to

initiate an exchange

* After verification, the product will be exchanged (no cash refunds, only exchange but only if the replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be processed.)
* Customer must courier the product back to our address (reverse pickup not available).
* ₹100 courier charge will be reimbursed after we receive the return.
* Any saree sent back to us without prior request and approval will not be accepted
